Library Cards are free to residents and
those who pay property taxes in York.
Non-residents may purchase a library
card for $35. This non-resident card is valid for one year.
There are two circulation periods for library
All videocassettes, DVDs, and Blu-rays
circulate for 7 days.
All other materials circulate for 3 weeks.
Materials may normally be renewed once,
unless there is a hold on an item. There is a $.10 per day charge on all overdue
materials. The library reserves the right to charge a fee if
items are requested through the catalog from other libraries, but
are not picked up when the materials arrive.

The library provides free INTERNET access. We
do require parental permission for users under the age of 18.
Parents must read and agree to the conditions
